What I stand for
For thirty years, I've led mission-driven organizations through the hardest conditions nonprofit leadership produces. Schools in East Harlem. Communities in the Mississippi Delta. A staff of 350 at Boys and Girls Harbor. A breathwork and leadership program built from scratch inside a maximum-security facility for incarcerated teenage boys.
That experience is why organizations come to me for AI strategy. Not because I learned it in a course, but because I've sat in the chair they're sitting in, and I understand what it actually costs when the wrong decision gets made.
